360 KB: Annual Reviews: Database Changes -- March 2012

What is happening with the Annual Reviews databases?
We will be making several changes in the 360 KB knowledgebase to some databases from provider Annual Reviews. Please see below for five database name changes, and the removal of a database.
Database Names Changing
Because Annual Reviews sells some of its packages and collections as "perpetual access" collections, we classify five Annual Reviews packages as annual databases in 360 KB.
However, the provider has notified us that the content of these packages will not change in 2012; therefore, no new Annual Reviews 2012 packages are needed in 360 KB.
In order to clarify that these annual packages are still appropriate for 2012 subscribers, we will make the following database name changes on March 15, 2012:

Actions you may need to take:
- If you are a 360 MARC Updates client and have requested the custom specification that adds the database name as it appears in the Client Center to MARC records, you can expect to see some change records when you get your MARC records after March 15, 2012.
- If your library uses a third-party ERM service (such as SFX, EBSCO A-Z, etc.), custom scripts to manage data, or other non-Serials Solutions tools that require the database name to function, you should note the change in Serials Solutions' database name in order to retain the proper relationship/mapping between those tools.
Database Being Removed
The database Annual Reviews - NESLi2 is hidden from client view, and no longer updated in 360 KB, because the provider Annual Reviews has informed us that each of the NESLi2 members should instead have the option to select from a variety of collection configurations, which are represented as the following databases within 360 KB:
Annual Reviews Economics Collection - NESLi2
Biomedical/Life Sciences Collection of 22 Annual Reviews - NESLi2
Biomedical/Life Sciences Collection of 23 Annual Reviews - NESLi2
Biomedical/Life Sciences Collection of 25 Annual Reviews - NESLi2
Electronic Back Volume Collection of Annual Reviews - NESLi2
Sciences Collection of 33 Annual Reviews - NESLi2
Sciences Collection of 34 Annual Reviews - NESLi2
Sciences Collection of 37 Annual Reviews - NESLI2
Social Sciences Collection of Annual Reviews - NESLi2
In order to maintain accurate and authoritative provider metadata (based on the 360 KB collection policy), all titles will be removed from the Annual Reviews - NESLi2 database in 360 KB on March 15, 2012.
Actions you may need to take:
- If you are a 360 Resource Manager client, archive any attached Resource Manager data before March 15, to avoid any loss of data.
- If you are a 360 Counter client, you will need to make some changes the next time you upload consolidated reports.
- Subscribe to the appropriate databases by March 15.
- If you are a 360 MARC Updates client and have requested the custom specification that adds the database name as it appears in the Client Center to MARC records, you can expect to see some change records when you get your MARC records after March 15
