    360 KB: ArtFact, Inc and ArtFact Searchable Database : Provider and Database Name Change -- June 2014

    What is happening to the name of the provider ArtFact, Inc and the ArtFact Searchable Database?

    The provider ArtFact, Inc has changed it's name and the name of it's database ArtFact Searchable Database.

    Therefore, we will be changing the provider and database name in the 360 KB knowledgebase. The content of the database, and the database ID (AKN), will remain the same.

    This change will take effect on June 16:

     

      Provider name Database Name
    Before June 16 ArtFact, Inc ArtFact Searchable Database
    After June 16 Invaluable Invaluable

     

    Actions you may need to take:

    • If your library uses a third-party service (such as SFX, EBSCO A-Z, etc.), custom scripts to manage data, or other non-Serials Solutions tools that require the provider and/or database name to function, you should note the change in Serials Solutions' database name in order to retain the proper relationship/mapping between those tools.
    • If you are a 360 Counter client, you will need to make some changes the next time you upload consolidated reports.
