    360 KB: BNA Premier Package from Bloomberg BNA: Database Migration -- January 2019

    What is happening to the database BNA Premier Package?

    The database BNA Premier Package from the provider Bloomberg BNA is no longer available.

    In order to maintain accurate and authoritative provider metadata (based on the Knowledgebase collection policy), all titles will be removed from BNA Premier Package database and the database will be hidden in the Knowledgebase on January 15, 2019. The database will become a zero-titles database and no future subscriptions will be possible. (NOTE: The database code for this database is IS4.) 

    Therefore, we have created a new database in the Knowledgebase. The titles are now available in Bloomberg Law database.

    This change will take effect on January 15, 2019:

    • Before January 15, 2019: BNA Premier Package
    • After January 15, 2019: Bloomberg Law, database code BHZOE

     

    Action you need to take:

    • Update the holdings in your Intota or Client Center profile by subscribing to the new database instead of the old database.  For information on how to update your profile, and considerations prior to removing the old database from your profile:
      • Intota users click here.
      • Client Center users click here.
    • If you are a 360 MARC Updates client and have requested the custom specification that adds direct URLs or database specific information to MARC records, you can expect to see some change records when you get your MARC records after January 15, 2019.
