360 KB: medIND: Biomedical Journals from India Database: Titles Will Be Removed -- March 2023

What is happening to the database medIND: Biomedical Journals from India?

ProQuest currently has title-level information for the medIND: Biomedical Journals from India from provider National Informatics Centre in the Knowledgebase. The provider has changed this to an index-only database and there is no full-text included in the database.

The database medIND: Biomedical Journals from India from the provider National Informatics Centre is no longer being updated. In order to maintain accurate and authoritative provider metadata (based on our Knowledgebase collection policy), all titles will be removed from medIND: Biomedical Journals from India database and the database will be hidden in the Knowledgebase on March 5, 2023. The database will become a zero-titles database, and no future subscriptions will be possible. (NOTE: The database code for this database is 2CU.)

This means that this database (and its titles) will not be available to your patrons who use the E-Journal Portal or 360 Link, and you won't receive MARC updates for this database. However, the database will still be available for 360 Search, 360 Counter, 360 Resource Manager, Intota, and the Summon™ service.

Actions you may need to take:

    • If you are a 360 Resource Manager, 360 Counter, or Intota client, you may need to make some changes to your account settings before March 5, 2023:
      • Intota users click here.
      • Client Center users click here.
