360 Core: Library-Managed Holdings: Setting Up Permissions

Why can't I see the necessary buttons for creating a new local holdings database?

1. From the Client Center Home page, click the Client Center Accounts link under Manage Your Library.
   
   
   
   
   
   
2. On the Account List screen, click the name of the appropriate account.
   
   
   
3. On the Account Details screen, click the 360 Core Permissions link on the left-hand navigation tree.
   
   
   
   
   
   
4. Click Edit in the upper right.
   
   
5. Find Local Holdings Management at the bottom of the list. In the drop-down menu next to it, select View/Edit.
   
   
   
   
   
   
6. Click Save.
