    Client Center: Cannot Unzip Compressed File

    How do I open a zipped file downloaded through the Client Center (the filename has unusual characters)?

    Many files you download from the Client Center -- reports, data on demand files, etc. -- are compressed using a "zip" utility. To open them, you usually can just click on the file and your system will automatically unzip them and show you the files within.
    However, if your computer uses the Windows XP or Windows Vista system, then this sometimes doesn't work. If the filename -- or files within the compressed folder -- contain non-Latin characters (in other words, they have Unicode characters and look like this unicode filename example), then the unzipping utility in Windows Explorer will not unzip the file.
    The only way to unzip the file is to use an unzipping tool that supports Unicode, such as WinRar, DotNetZip, or 7Zip.
