    Question

How do I configure custom URLs to include my Account ID for ProQuest databases? I added custom URLs at the title-level but I'm still seeing a login page when accessing via 360 Link.

    Answer

360 Link uses the database-level custom URL to obtain your ProQuest Account ID, not the title-level URL.

    Additional Information
    • Once you have updated the database-level custom URL you will need to wait for the following day's cache refresh to complete in order for the change to go live for patrons.
