    360 Services: Shibboleth Error Messages Upon Log-In

    Some of our patrons (but not all) receive an error message when trying to log in using Shibboleth -- how do we solve it?


    If you encounter an issue with Shibboleth in which some (but not all) users receive an error message when attempting to log in, please try to synchronize all machines that run IDP, SP and DS to the same system time as a possible solution.
