I need to upgrade our Oracle 10.2.0.3 database on production (version 18) and development (version 18) to 10.2.0.4 and need to download the quick upgrade package pre-built by Ex Libris. (Oracle 10204 for SUN (full Quick package). Where can I download this from?

Resolution:
You need to go to the Cross-Product Information directory on the Doc Portal and select Oracle, then: "How to Upgrade Oracle Software and Database from Oracle Version 10.2.0.1/10.2.0.3 to 10.2.0.4 for Ex Libris Applications".

At the end of this document, it has a link "Oracle 10204 for SUN (full Quick package)". You need to press CNTL and left-click on that.
