upgrade_util: "Export customer data" flashes something too fast to read & stops

Description:
When I run the Upgrade Express kit and choose:

2. Export customer data

and then
3. Export Oracle data & pack the u-tree in one step

the screen flashes something that goes too fast to read and goes back to the main UE menu. I have also tried just Export Oracle data and it does the same thing. It does not appear to be working any further.

(This is UE kit version 1.09.)

The problem was the lack of the logs directory in the UE kit directory. I do not know why it wasn't there upon extraction of the UE kit. I will now proceed with trying to export the data.
