    SIS loader fails with "The entity name must immediately follow the '&' in the entity reference"

    Problem Symptoms:
    In the Job Report for the Users SYNCHRONIZE using profile Student Information System job get error "The entity name must immediately follow the '&' in the entity reference" and the job fails to load any records.

    Cause:
    The user file contains a" &."

    Resolution:
    Check the user file for an ampersand and replace it with its XML entity equivalent &.
