    The Sushi Harvesting Job is stuck at 0.0% and is running for longer than 24 hours.  Is this an issue?

    Answer

    • The Sushi Harvesting Job is resource intensive job, which attempts to connect to each and every configured SUSHI Account and Report Type for all available Usage Data within the past 12 months. 
    • Depending on how many SUSHI Accounts, Report Types, and available data there is, the job can be expected to be 'stuck' at 0.0% and run up to a week depending on how much Usage Data it is attempting to Harvest.
    • This job can also run for longer periods of time upon the first instance of the job, as well as if many new SUSHI Accounts were recently added.
