what is &exception=noDOI in object portfolio parse param?

&exception=noDOI parameter is added by Exlibris SFX knowledge base team to object portfolios where the DOI added to the target URL by the CrossRef augmentation is causing linking to fail.
This is a workaround added to make sure linking succeeds whenever CrossRef connection is enabled for the SFX instance, even when the target does not use DOIs to resolve linking for a specific journal.
