"URL Check (print-11)" shows lots of errors

Problem:
When running p_print_11 the most URLs are reported as incorrect although they are proper URLs.

Cause:
Firewall restrictions

Explanation:
Supposedly the URLs are behind a firewall and access is not possible. Check with some examples which are reported in xxx01/scratch/url856.error if they can be opened directly in a browser. If a message "Access denied for nnn.nnn.nnn.nnn. You don't have permission to access /nnn on this server." is displayed the problem is indeed the firewall restriction.
