'booking list' is blank

Problem Description:
When you navigate in Circulation module to the 'Booking' node of the 'Admin' tab, the 'Booking List' is not automatically populated.

Actual Results:
'Booking List' node is not populated until after the Filter is selected and applied.

Expected Results:
The "Booking List' needs to be populate as soon as the 'Booking List' node is selected.
