AIK: Fifty FAULT messages in Pre Installation checks

Problem Symptoms:
In AIK 22 step 2.1 (Pre Installation checks), the following FAULTs are received:
Checking host name in hosts file: [FAULT]
Checking short host name in hosts file: [FAULT]
Checking physical ip address match : [FAULT]

Cause:
Necessary packages -- described in Ex Libris Documentation Center > Cross-Product > Technical Documentation > System Requirements > "Operating System Requirements for Red Hat Enterprise Linux" -- not installed.

Resolution:
The "Operating System Requirements for Red Hat Enterprise Linux" document says "When you install the Red Hat system, choose the default installation option to ensure that you install these basic mandatory packages. Listed below are the additional packages to eventually install in addition to the default installation configuration."
Consult this list and install any missing packages.

Additional Info
The equivalent document for Sun is "Operating System Requirements for the Sun Platform".
