    Problem Symptoms:
    Errors in AIK:

    1. AIK step 3.1, for extracting the Oracle software as root, gets:

    Extract Oracle software

    Oracle RDBMS:
    Creating directory '/exlibris/app/oracle/product/11'.
    Creating directory '/exlibris/app/oracle/product/11/.mozilla'.
    Creating directory '/exlibris/app/oracle/product/11/.mozilla/plugins'.
    Creating directory '/exlibris/app/oracle/product/11/.mozilla/extensions'.
Please enter the location of the Oracle software media files [/exlibris/ftp_from_exlibris]:
Error: The files /exlibris/ftp_from_exlibris/ora11_linux64.tar.gz_* do not exist

    2. In the later AIK step which applies the license, the following error occurs:

/exlibris/aleph/a20_1/aleph/exe/rts32: error while loading shared libraries: libclntsh.so.11.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

    Cause:
Looking on another server where the v20 aik was run successfully, the

    /exlibris/ftp_from_exlibris/ora_11_linux64.tar.gz files

    are instead:
    /exlibris/ftp_from_exlibris/ora11_linux64.tar.gz files.

    Resolution:
    1. Copy each of these files as ora11_linux64.tar.gz_xx
    2. Re-run step 3.1 to extract the Oracle software.
