What does it mean?

Answer

The step of the installation refers to "Regional settings"
'elib' refers to the local settings for Scandinavian customers.
If you choose 'n' for installing Aleph regions, the system will delete the 'elib' configuration and settings which are part of the standard package.

* If you press n, the elib region is deleted.
