    How will using the AIK impact custom services we are using in v. 18? Will they seemlessly transition into v. 20, or what kinds of issues might we encounter?

    Resolution:
    Since you have put these custom services in your u-tree, they should be handled by the upgrade. The privileges for these, however, will need to be handled manually. This aspect of custom (non-standard) services was changed considerably starting with V.19. Refer specifically to chapter 7 (Access Rights to Non Standard Services) of the V.19 System Librarianm - Staff Privileges document for details.
