    ARC: need to reconfigure the filter and search for values every time the report is run

    Problem Symptoms:
    Every time the report is run, the report is missing values in the filter

    Cause:
    dynamic contents

    Resolution:
    The contents is dynamical and a static filter cannot be used.
    Choose option 'Prompt every time the report runs' for the filter in order to get prompted for the values for every new run.
