After Migration to Aleph 21: edit/create course in course reading interface no longer possible

Question

After migrating to Aleph 21 we are no longer able to edit/create course in the course reading interface. Why?

Answer

The Web interface has been replaced by a GUI interface integrated into the circulation module.
