    Problem description
    Aleph 21 (ELIB) system is not running after Backup

    Cause
    Configuration in aleph_shutdown script

    Resolution
    (for ELIB customer only!):
    - Backup the script $alephe_root/aleph_shutdown

    e.g.
    cp -p aleph_shutdown aleph_shutdown.sav.20150705

    - Implement the aleph_shutdown script attached to this article

    Additional Information

    In Aleph 23, the ELIB specific shutdown script is integrated into the version as
    $alephe_root/aleph_shutdown.elib (rep_ver #20092)
