In Aleph 22 the rebuild of the word index (manage-01) fails with the following errors:
$alephe_scratch/p_manage_01_d1.log:set: Syntax error
$alephe_scratch/p_manage_01_d1.log:SQL*Loader-509: System error: Error 0
The problem is solved with rep_change #56 included into Service Pack 22.0.2.
Description: p-manage-01 - Continuation to rpv #19160: for big bibliographic records, the building of the words by p-manage-01 did not work properly.
Solution: This has been corrected.
A hotfix for customers on Service Pack level 22.0.1 is available and can be downloaded from here:
1) Connect to ftp.exl.de:
Please note that user Outgoing has read-only permission on ftp-server and no directory-listing is allowed.
2) Download of file hotfix_ver22_rc56.tar.gz to any directory on your server:
ftp> cd HOTFIX
ftp> get hotfix_ver22_rc56.tar.gz
3) Unzip and untar:
tar xvf hotfix_ver22_rc56.tar
4) Call up script aaa_install:
Warnings from C-compiler (warning: incompatible implicit declaration of built-in function 'memcpy') may be ignored. As long there are no error messages, the hotfix is installed succesfully.
5) The fix is reactivated after the next startup of Aleph.
