Aleph ill-loan-info X-Service - "missing op program" error

Problem Symptoms:
Running X Service ill-loan-info results in the error message: "Missing op program".

Cause:
$alephe_tab/www_x_func contained a typo

Resolution:
Table www_x_func in $alephe_tab should normally be empty.
In this case, it was populated and contained a typo:

########## ILL-LOAN-INFO www_x_ill_loan_inf
instead of:
########## ILL-LOAN-INFO www_x_ill_loan_info
