Brief Recs don't display in the GUI; certain ones missing from OPAC too.

Description:
Though there are Brief Recs in the OPAC for certain headings, others -- such as the "CON", Corporate Name, headings -- have none.

And there are none at all in the GUI.

Resolution:
The z0101 produced by p_manage_35 displays only the Web (the "Brief Recs" column). There is no comparable display in the GUI.

The "Brief Recs" button displays in the case where there are z0101 records for this heading. No z0101 records; no button.

Looking at some ODN07 CON Z01 records, we see:

We see in tab11_acc that the 110, 710, and 810 fields are indexed in the CON.

But, though the tab_z0101_text references these fields, there is no "CON" in tab_z0101. Therefore, no z0101's are created for these headings.
