    Browse "No. of Recs" column (the 1st column) is always " "

    Description:
    Whenever I do a browse in the web OPAC or the GUI, the number of records in the results screen is always "1" or "+" -- even though there are 5, 10, or 20 titles linked to the heading.

    Resolution:
    In xxx01 util g/2 max-z02-count, value of "0" will cause browses to all show as "+" instead of having the number of titles; the standard value is "50".
