Description:
Browse index results are wrong -- many headings are omitted; same headings in results.

Resolution:
The SQL "select count(*) from z01;" shows that the xxx01 Z01 is defective. There are only 469 records (for 200,000 bibs). (There should be at least 5 times as many Z01 as Z00.)

Check the last run of p_manage_02.

Note: If the Z01 count is OK and if exactly the same headings appear for *every* browse, then it may be a problem with the z01_id Oracle index. Use util a/17/14 to check it. This is described in the "Diagnosing Index Problems" document.
