    Budgets don't work: the Browse is empty; can't enter in new ones

    Description:
    Somehow I can't put in a budget for acquistions module in the production region.

    When I click on "New" in the top panel and then "Add" in the lower panel and fill in the data, there is no error message but it seems the budget is not actually created: the whole bottom screen is grayed out with no values and, in the top, the budget list is empty.

    Resolution:
    I did the following:

    Click on the key on the lower right

    click on Staff Privileges

    hightlight the appropriate USER-ID
    and click on Budgets on the right
    You had four individual budgets. We changed this to "*" so you'll be able to work with all budgets.

    Then click on Order Units, right below Budgets,
    This was empty. We changed it to FDA50, so that you would be able to work with all of your sublibraries.
