    Can't access Test OPAC; how to check if apache is running.

    Description:
    We cannot access our Test OPAC (using port 8992). ("Page cannot be found").

    The www_server log shows no activity.

    We are able to access the production database.

    Resolution:
    I found that apache was not running on this abc1-18(2) instance:

    * the lack of activity in the www_server log is a clue and

    * when I did this command:

    > ps -ef | grep http | grep u18_2

    it showed only apache processes for u18_1; none for u18_2.

    I started it (using util w/3/6), and it seems to be working OK.
