Can't connect to Primo, OPAC, or GUI using DNS; "Destination Net Unreachable"

Description
Can't connect to OPAC (or GUI) using DNS. ping shows: "Destination Net Unreachable".

Resolution:
The DNS provider was having a problem with resolving some network addresses. Now that they've fixed it, things are OK.
