    Question

Can we have an $alephe_root/pc_b_help_lng directory with our customized Help files – like our $alephe_root/pc_b_lng directory?

    Answer

    No.
Though the programs look first for an $alephe_root/pc_b_lng file and, if none found, for an $aleph_root/pc_b_lng file, they look only for an $aleph_root/pc_b_help_lng file; *not* for any $alephe_root/pc_b_help_lng.

    Additional Information

Since the $aleph_root/pc_b_help_lng files -- like all a-tree files -- are subject to replacement by rep_changes, after making changes to Help screens you should save these files in a u-tree directory, in the event of there being overlaid.
