    Catalog client, lower left pane, item and HOL tree

    Question

    Can the items under the administrative library node in the left lower pane of the cataloging client be left open by default so that e.g. the barcode is displayed immediately?

    Answer

    The display of items in the tree node can be changed with setting "expand_tree_style" in $alephe_tab/pc_server_defaults with the following options:

    How to expand catalog navigation tree and overview trees :
    1 - Dont Expand, only the specific record node will be visible
    2 - Expand only record nodes (ADM,BIB and HOL)
    3 - Expand all tree nodes (ADM,BIB,HOL,Z30,Z68,Z16 ...)
    setenv item_hol_tree_style 3
