Problem Symptoms:
Though overdue jobs (cir-50, cir-51 or cir-52) are executed and letters are printed, no entries in circulation log (z309) with type 16 (Overdue letter created) are created.

Cause:
Overdue jobs executed with parameter Update Database = No.

Resolution:
Execute overdue jobs with parameter Update Database = Yes.
