    Circulation log typ 16 (Overdue letter created) is not created

    Problem Symptoms:
    Though overdue jobs (cir-50, cir-51 or cir-52) are executed and letters are printed, no entries in circulation log (z309) with type 16 (Overdue letter created) are created.

     

    Cause:
    Overdue jobs executed with parameter Update Database = No.

     

    Resolution:
    Execute overdue jobs with parameter Update Database = Yes.

     

    Additional Information

    Also, make sure that this line exists in ./xxx50/tab/tab_circ_log:

    16 Y N LOverdue letter created
