Cognos 8.4 has a new option called "Save to the file system" - How to enable it?

Cognos 8.4 has a new option called "Save to the file system" but for that option to appear in the ARC interface it needs to be first enabled in the Administration interface (IBM documentation:

We would like to set the path to the directory to /exlibris/tmp/support
How to enable this option?
