Columns „Average Fill Days“, „Average Ship Days“ and „Average Return Days“ are not correctly filled after running "Borrowing Library Statistic Report (ill-63)". What's the reason?

Answer

The requested columns are only filled when you are using an ISO-ILL-Partner. You can find an according hint in the help for "Borrowing Library Statistic Report (ill-63)".

Average number of days for filling the requests - Number of days from the time the request was made until it was shipped.
Average number of days for shipping the request - Number of days from the time the request was shipped until it was received by the requester.
Average number of days for returning the request - Number of days from the time the request was returned from the requester until it was checked-in by the lending library.
Note: The Average number information is not supported for NON-ISO partners. If no ISO partners exist in the system, it is recommended to remove those columns from the XSL template.
