Course Reserves: Bib Info tab, MARC Record display contains duplicate lines

Description:
In GUI Circ, there are duplicate lines in the Bib Info tab, MARC Record display for course documents.

Resolution:
There were two HOLDING expand_doc_course lines in the ./abc30/tab/tab_expand:

HOLDING expand_doc_course Winter,Spring,Summer,Interim,NA,
HOLDING expand_doc_course EXP-BIB=COURSE-BIB

Commenting out the first one:

!HOLDING expand_doc_course Winter,Spring,Summer,Interim,NA,
HOLDING expand_doc_course EXP-BIB=COURSE-BIB

and restarting the pc_server corrected the problem.

(Note: The "Winter,Spring,Summer,Interim,NA," parameters are not necessary in the HOLDING, as they are present on the "GUI-DOC-D expand_doc_course" and "WEB-FULL expand_doc_course" entries.)
