Course reading printouts and form_description.eng

Description:
Added the following row to both
usm50/tab/form_description.eng
and
usm01/tab/form_description.eng

but when sending the form by e-mail, the custom subject heading does not appear. Instead I get "Course Summary". Rebuilt print templates, and restarted the server, but no luck. What else needs to be done?

Resolution:
This report is from the usm30 library. You can define a form_description.eng in usm30/tab or you can always use path_convert and point to the one that exists in usm50 or usm01.
