Courtesy notices - is it possible to sent notices only once per loan?

Is it possible to send Courtesy Notices (cir-10) only once. If the item is renewed, there should be no additional notice for the 2nd time.
Answer
No, there is no possibility to send the notice only once. The system does not check, whether the item was previously renewed or a previous reminder sent.
