    Create Collection, Item Status and Item Process Status for a new Library

    Desired Outcome Goal:
    How to copy Collection, Item Status and Item Process Status from one library to a new one that is created recently

    Procedure:
    the relevant tables are stored in your administrative library ./xxx50/tab/.
    Copy tables tab40.lng, tab15.lng and pc_tab_exp_field.lng to the new library.

    Additional Information

    tab40.lng defines collection codes and names. This table defines the
    expansion of the collection code as entered in the Z-30-COLLECTION FIELD
    in items, to the expanded form to be displayed in the OPAC.

    tab15.lng defines the item statuses and various parameters connected to these statuses.

    pc_tab_exp_field.lng
    The drop-down menus defined here are for Item Call No. Type, Item Process Status,
    Item List Sort Type, Item Gap Indicator, and Item Statistic, etc.
