    Description:
    Is the z35_event_type 65 "declared lost" created only when a loan is declared lost in the GUI? Or is it also created when notices (p_cir_51) runs and sets an item to LOST?

    Resolution:
    The z35-event-type 65 "declared lost" is created only when a loan is declared lost in the GUI.
    No events are created by running p-cir-51 notices – even when it results in an item being set to LOST.
