Desired Outcome Goal: 
Define item status, material type, collection, and location of item created automatically by opening of Monograph type Items in Acquisitions 

Procedure: 

1) dlib xxx50

2) cd $data_tab
1) vi /exlibris/aleph/xxx_x_xxx/xxx50/tab 
2) Enter the desired default value for the item 
3) Restart the pc_server via util w 3 3
