Question

Delete ALEPH Published Records (publish-05)", "Initial Publishing Process (publish-04)" return completed but fail to run - no catalogue available in Primo. What is the problem?

Answer

p_publish_04 for all records can only run when there is no z00p record. As util e_21 (Start update Publishing data) is running constantly there are immediately new records created after you ran p_publish_05. So p_publish_04 could not start and reported the following error message in the log file:

2014-03-18 10:12:41 The publishing set: NNN has Z00P records in the range of documents 000000000 - 999999999 for library: xxx01. You can use the Delete Publishing Process (publish-05) to delete records.

Solution:
- Stop ue_21
- Run p_publish_05
- Run p_publish_04
