Description:
I have been connected successfully to the Ex Libris Doc Portal, looking at documents, but now when I try to look at any I get the following message: "Access denied: you do not have permission to view this document."

Resolution:
This message occurs when your session times out (when you don't hit Enter within xx minutes).

You need to go to http://www.exlibrisgroup.com/docs/logon.php and log-on again.
