Does adam-02 update bibliographic records?

In the help file for service adam-02 it states "This batch service uploads a file containing Z00 (descriptive metadata) and Z403 (technical metadata) Oracle records into the library". Does this include updating a bibliographic record?
Answer
Unfortunately not. Only the creation of new BIB records is included.
