Problem Symptoms:
Duplicated item is showing up as an extra item attached to the original order. This is wrong and should be avoided.

Cause:
The order number of the old item was also copied when copying the item

Resolution:
When copying an item which has an order number in items form tab "3. General Information (2)" it is also copied to the new item. The entry of the order number in this form should be deleted. Then the item will not appear anymore in acquisition module
