    E-mail Payment Receipt to Patron Who Paid Fine

    Desired Outcome Goal:
    E-mail a payment receipt to a patron who has paid fine

    Procedure:
    On the PC, the relevant GUI file is AL500\circ\tab\print.ini and the lines are:
    PayLetter                                00 N P payltr.prn      <<----- pay the complete sum
    LineLetter                               00 N P lineltr.prn  <<----- pay only the sum of a single line

    Set column 4 to M and then e-mailing should work properly.  (Or, to both print and email the receipt, set it to "B".)
