    Failed to read reply" message after installation of Aleph SP 20.2.9

    Problem Symptoms:
    * Message "Failed to read replay" is showed opening List of Loans tab for Patron with more than 5 active loans in Circulation GUI module

    Cause:
    * The aleph_shutdown command was not performed before installing the Service Pack

    Resolution:
    * Restart PC Server

    Category: Circulation (500)
