    Actual Results: Floating keyboard displays everything in IE 7, but only Virtual Keyboard, the Select Language dropdown box, and the space, del, done and cancel buttons in Mozilla Firefox

    Expected Results: Floating keyboard displays everything in both IE 7 and Firefox

    Resolution:
    The Aleph Floating Keyboard can only be used with Internet Explorer, it is not supported by FireFox. The documentation was updated to include this information.
