    Forms lacking for 006_k, 006_o, 006_r

    Description:
    There are three 006 values which do not have forms in the ./pc_tab/catalog directory: k, o, and r. We need to add these forms: 006_k.eng, 006_o.eng, and 006_r.eng.

    Resolution:
    Choose format "Visual material". This will bring up 006_g.eng. All four types (g,k, o, and r) are choices in the 006_g.eng.

    If yours doesn't have this, please consult the usm01 pc_tab/catalog/006_g.eng.
