    GUI Cataloging with USM: "invalid collection"/"error in sublibrary"

    Description:
    In my new v20 implementation, I'm trying to reproduce a problem in the USM libraries. When I choose a sublibrary from the dropdown menu and attempt to assign a barcode the temporary location, it fails because of the "invalid collection". If I go the opposite way and assign one of the collections as defined in tab40.eng, I get an "error in sublibrary" message.

    Here's our USM50 section of tab_sub_library.eng:

    In tab40.eng, there are possible collections for the following sublibrary codes: HIL, HYL, LAM, LAW, LIT, MED, MUS, WID, such as the following:

    Resolution:
    If you look at your /exlibris/aleph/a20_1/alephe.orig/tab/tab_sub_library.eng, you will see the following sublibraries:

    MED 1 USM50 L Medicine Library 15H CHE 17A MED ALEPH

    It seems that you have carried over old USM50 values in your/exlibris/aleph/u20_1/alephe/tab/tab_sub_library.eng. You should update them -- and the USM50 Ordering Units and ILL Units immediately following -- to the current v20 values.
